Role Description
The Sales Specialist is a part-time role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for a mix of office-based and remote work. In this role, the Sales Specialist will:

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting outreach via phone, email, and meetings
- Responding to inquiries
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, deliver product demonstrations, and provide feedback on client needs. The role also involves helping to develop training materials for stakeholders and contributing to continuous improvement of sales approaches and customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to explain complex pension concepts clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer Service and client relationship skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive member experience.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing, ideally within financial services or related sectors.
- Training and Sales Management skills to support onboarding activities, deliver presentations, and help refine sales processes.
- Experience in pensions, investments, insurance, or broader financial services is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
- A relevant professional qualification or degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
