Sales Specialist at Volvo Cars Poole
We're looking for a driven Sales Specialist to join our successful team at Volvo Cars Poole.
As a Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing journey and building long-lasting relationships. Representing the Volvo brand, you will identify customer needs, present suitable vehicle solutions, and consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
- Delivering outstanding customer service from enquiry to handover.
- Identifying customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle.
- Managing test drives, quotations, finance introductions, and vehicle handovers.
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and compliance standards.
What You Will Need to Be a Sales Specialist at Volvo Cars Poole
- Previous sales experience in a target-driven environment.
- Automotive sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Motivated, resilient, and customer-focused mindset.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.

Hours of Work
- 45 hours per week
- Monday to Saturday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
- 1 day off during the week
- 1 Sunday in 3
- 1 full weekend off in 3
What You Will Get in Return
As a Sales Specialist you will have the opportunity to earn with an uncapped commission scheme. The On-Target-Earnings for this role is £50,000.
