Role Description

The Sales Specialist will work on-site in Basildon in a full-time capacity, focusing on driving new business and nurturing existing client relationships within the SME telecoms market. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, and preparing sales proposals tailored to customer requirements. The role involves managing the sales cycle from initial contact through to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and alignment with Padel Services’ commitment to excellence. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to support solution design, assist in onboarding new clients, and provide ongoing account management. The position also includes tracking sales performance, contributing to sales forecasts, and participating in training and development activities to stay current with market trends and product updates.

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess robust Customer Service abilities to deliver a high-quality, concierge-style experience and manage client needs professionally.
  • Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing, ideally within telecoms or technology markets.
  • Candidates should possess Training and coaching capabilities to support customer onboarding and educate clients on products and services.
  • Candidates should possess Sales Management or pipeline management skills to organize activities, track performance, and meet sales targets.
  • Relevant experience in B2B solutions, telecoms, or cloud technology is highly beneficial.
