ABOUT THE CLIENT
Due to continued growth, we’re working with an ambitious and rapidly expanding luxury travel business looking to add an experienced Luxury Travel Sales Consultant to its team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing division focused on delivering high-value, bespoke travel experiences for a discerning client base.

THE LUXURY TRAVEL SALES CONSULTANT ROLE
This is a front line, client facing sales role where you’ll work with high net worth customers to create bespoke luxury travel experiences.
You’ll manage enquiries from initial conversation through to booking, building tailored itineraries across global destinations and delivering a high touch, concierge style service throughout the customer journey.

You’ll also focus on developing long-term relationships, generating repeat business and referrals, while working closely with product and marketing colleagues to maximise commercial opportunities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients
- Converting enquiries into high value luxury travel bookings
- Proactively generating new business through existing relationships
- Creating bespoke itineraries across international destinations
- Delivering an exceptional, concierge-style client experience
- Building strong long term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Working closely with product and marketing teams to maximise sales opportunities
LUXURY TRAVEL SALES CONSULTANT ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Previous experience within luxury travel sales, ideally within a tour operator or similar environment
- Strong interest in premium and experience led travel
- Knowledge of major international events would be beneficial
- Strong knowledge of luxury travel products and worldwide destinations
- Proven track record of delivering against sales targets
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify and maximise opportunities
- Professional, personable and highly detail-oriented
- Strong relationship-building and client management skills
- Genuine client-first approach to delivering service

Typical working hours are 9:00am–5:00pm. Due to the client led nature of the luxury travel industry, flexibility outside of standard working hours may occasionally be required.
