About VivaeSIM
VivaeSIM is a growing global travel eSIM platform helping travellers stay connected across international destinations. Through our B2B platform, we work with travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, resellers, distributors and other travel businesses to offer reliable and affordable eSIM connectivity to their customers.
As we expand across international markets, we are looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to help grow our B2B partner network and revenue.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential B2B partners, developing commercial relationships, conducting product demonstrations, managing sales opportunities and converting qualified prospects into active VivaeSIM partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, travel companies, resellers and distributors.
- Generate new B2B sales opportunities through LinkedIn, email, phone and other channels.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of VivaeSIM/VivaPe.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing partners.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through negotiation and closing.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and convert opportunities into active merchants, agents and distributors.
- Support partner onboarding and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate sales activities, follow-ups and opportunities in the CRM.
- Track KPIs, sales performance and pipeline progress.
- Provide market feedback to help improve sales strategies and commercial offerings.
- Support VivaeSIM's expansion into international markets.

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or a customer-facing commercial role.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prospect, qualify leads, arrange meetings and close commercial opportunities.
- Confident presenting products and business solutions to potential partners.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working independently.
- Good understanding of CRM and digital sales tools.
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
- Professional English communication skills.
- Experience in travel, telecom, eSIM, SaaS or technology sales is an advantage.
