Role Description
The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This position is responsible for:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Managing existing customer accounts
- Promoting BioPouches’ compostable packaging solutions

Day-to-day tasks include:

- Conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Preparing quotes and proposals
The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, coordinate training on product features, and provide ongoing customer support. The role also involves:
- Monitoring market trends
- Updating the CRM system
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets while representing the company’s sustainability values
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to engage with customers, present solutions clearly, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Strong Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships, handle inquiries professionally, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Strong Sales skills to prospect, qualify leads, negotiate terms, and close deals in a B2B environment.
- Sales Management and Training skills to manage pipelines, support sales processes, and deliver product or sales training to stakeholders.
- Experience in packaging, sustainability-focused products, or related industries is beneficial.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in London and travel to customer locations as needed.
- A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in Sales, Business, or a related field is preferred.
