B2B SaaS Sales Executive
Location: Bournemouth (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days remote)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:30pm
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (Year 1 OTE £70,000+)

We're looking for an ambitious B2B SaaS Sales Executive to join a growing technology business, helping organisations improve performance, efficiency, and commercial outcomes through innovative software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven salesperson who thrives on building relationships, uncovering client challenges, and closing high-value deals.
This is a consultative, insight-led sales role where you'll engage with senior decision-makers, demonstrate business value, and drive revenue growth across a diverse client base.

What You'll Be Doing as a B2B SaaS Sales Executive
- Generating and converting new business opportunities across mid-market and enterprise organisations
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and close
- Engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives
- Conducting consultative sales conversations focused on business outcomes and ROI
- Delivering compelling product demonstrations and value-led presentations
- Identifying customer pain points and aligning SaaS solutions to their operational and commercial needs
- Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM management
- Collaborating with internal teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Representing the business at industry events, networking opportunities, and virtual presentations
About You as a B2B SaaS Sales Executive
- Proven success in B2B sales with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Experience selling SaaS, technology, software, or subscription-based solutions
- Skilled in consultative and solution-led selling methodologies
- Confident engaging with senior decision-makers and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Commercially astute, with the ability to identify customer needs and articulate business value
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Comfortable managing multiple opportunities across different stages of the sales cycle
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent
