Role Description

The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, presenting The Kingdom Bank’s digital banking and payment solutions, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.

The Sales Specialist will build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, provide product demonstrations, and support customers in onboarding and using the bank’s services. Daily activities include conducting outbound and inbound sales calls, preparing proposals, collaborating with internal teams to resolve client queries, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves delivering product training to clients, gathering market feedback, and contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.

  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial and digital asset concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on building trust, handling inquiries, and providing responsive support to corporate clients.
  • Demonstrated Sales experience, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in financial services or fintech.
  • Background in Training and Sales Management, with experience coaching clients or teams on products, processes, and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of digital banking, payments, and FX; familiarity with digital assets and cross-border payment solutions is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area and collaborate effectively with commercial, operations, and compliance teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Results-oriented mindset, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software.
