Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in London, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
- Building strong relationships with potential clients
- Providing excellent customer service
Additional responsibilities include:
- Managing the sales process
- Offering product training
- Achieving sales targets to drive the adoption of Torch's services among non-profit organizations
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Proven experience and aptitude in Sales and Sales Management, with a goal-oriented approach.
- Ability to deliver impactful Training sessions for clients on products and services.
- Self-motivated with time management and organizational skills to succeed in a hybrid work environment.
- Previous experience in working with or understanding non-profit organizations is an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with fintech or payment solutions is a plus.
