Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in London, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with potential clients
  • Providing excellent customer service

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Managing the sales process
  • Offering product training
  • Achieving sales targets to drive the adoption of Torch's services among non-profit organizations

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Proven experience and aptitude in Sales and Sales Management, with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Ability to deliver impactful Training sessions for clients on products and services.
  • Self-motivated with time management and organizational skills to succeed in a hybrid work environment.
  • Previous experience in working with or understanding non-profit organizations is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with fintech or payment solutions is a plus.
