Your Role
As a Real Estate Sales Specialist in Dubai, you'll handle both sales and leasing transactions, guiding clients toward their ideal properties in one of the planet's most exciting markets. You'll work alongside a skilled team, gaining insights from industry leaders while creating a successful career under the sun.
Who We're Searching For
Background:
- Prior sales or customer service experience in a results-driven environment (Estate Agency, Car Sales, Recruitment, Retail, Door-to-door sales, Telesales, etc.)
- OR
- Experience in premium service sectors such as Cabin Crew, Luxury Retail, or Hospitality
Must-Haves:
- Fluent English communication
- Valid UK driving license (conversion to UAE license required upon arrival)
- Enthusiastic, proactive mindset and adventure-ready spirit!
- Financially driven and goal-focused approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Determination and commitment to nurturing long-term client relationships
