Role: Sales Specialist / Business Development Executive

Location: Luton, UK (On-site / Full Time)

Languages Required: Fluent Mandarin & English (Spoken & Written)

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Opportunity

We are expanding our team and looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales Specialist based in or around Luton. In this role, you will be the bridge between our business and our Mandarin-speaking clients and partners, driving growth and delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within key target markets.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with Mandarin- and English-speaking clients.
  • Present product/service offerings via meetings, calls, and email communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.
  • Track pipeline activity, client interactions, and revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, account management, or business development.
  • Professional fluency in both Mandarin and English (native or equivalent proficiency).
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated mindset with a target-driven attitude.
  • Full right to work in the UK and ability to commute to Luton.
