Role Description
The Sales Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for promoting Kaylux Travel’s services and converting inquiries into bookings. Day-to-day tasks include responding to leads, advising clients on destinations and travel options, preparing quotations, and managing the sales pipeline using CRM or booking systems. The role involves building long-term client relationships, following up on prospects, and supporting repeat and referral business. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with the wider team to optimize offers, provide feedback on customer needs, and help ensure a high-quality customer experience from initial contact through post-trip follow-up.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging clients, understanding their needs, and delivering clear, professional advice.
- Proven Sales experience, including consultative selling and closing skills, preferably within travel, hospitality, or related services.
- Ability to provide Training or guidance to clients on booking processes and travel options, and to support internal knowledge sharing.
- Basic Sales Management capabilities, such as managing a personal sales pipeline, tracking performance, and using CRM tools.
- Comfort working remotely, with good time management, self-motivation, and reliability in a part-time schedule.
- Familiarity with travel industry products, booking platforms, or GDS systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency with digital tools (email, calls, online meeting platforms, office productivity software) and accurate data entry skills.
- Relevant experience in travel agencies, tour operations, or customer-facing service roles is highly desirable.
