Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in SaaS or cloud computing sales.
  • Experience in designing and leading cloud/Workspace transformation or migration projects and programs.
  • Experience in the UK or Ireland market, working with UK and Ireland (UKI) clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience of and passion for Google Workspace and Google Cloud solutions.
  • Experience managing accounts in the manufacturing industry.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Ireland: €94000 - €96000 (EUR) + 100% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate complex end-to-end sales cycles for Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise across the UK/I M&I market, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual business goals.
  • Generate demand and pipeline through engaging in and supporting marketing activities and events and also to create and instigate individual programmes.
  • Lead the regional Agentic Workplace Transformation (AWT) play, demonstrating how Gemini can securely automate business workflows, ground models on enterprise data, and unlock deep organisational value.
  • Collaborate closely with regional partners (e.g., SADA, Devoteam, Qodea), and key ISVs to identify greenfield accounts and accelerate customer migrations.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs to navigate complex procurement cycles and comprehensive security reviews.
