Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Specialist role based in Newbury, with some flexibility to work from home. The Sales Specialist will:

- Present telematics solutions to potential and existing customers

Daily activities include:
- Conducting product demonstrations
- Preparing proposals
- Negotiating terms
- Closing sales in line with company targets
The role involves:
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Providing ongoing support
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation
The Sales Specialist will also:
- Deliver training to customers on product features
- Gather market feedback
- Contribute to sales strategy and forecasting
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide high-quality support.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, and consistently achieve or exceed targets.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management, including delivering product training, guiding customer adoption, and supporting sales processes.
- Knowledge of telematics, fleet management, or related technology solutions is highly beneficial.
- Comfort with hybrid work, including effective self-management and collaboration with remote and on-site colleagues.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, basic data analysis, and report preparation to support sales activities and decision-making.
- Relevant qualification in business, sales, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
