Clinical Sales Specialist – Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Technologies

This is an excellent opportunity for a physiotherapist, sports-science professional, or former high-level athlete who wants to apply their clinical, rehabilitation, or performance expertise in a commercially rewarding role.

You will work closely with physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, sports professionals, and clinical teams, helping them improve recovery, movement, and patient outcomes through innovative medical technologies.

The role combines new-business development, consultative selling, product demonstrations, and clinical education. You will join a supportive, collaborative company that values teamwork, professional development, and a positive working culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed regional sales targets in line with the commercial strategy.
  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across private physiotherapy practices, rehabilitation centres, professional sports organisations, and universities.
  • Manage the full sales process, from prospecting and initial engagement through to product demonstration, commercial negotiation, and account development.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, providing product demonstrations and clinical training to physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver customer onboarding, workshops, and educational presentations to promote confident, safe, and effective product use.
  • Build long-term relationships with physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, sports-performance professionals, and clinical decision-makers, generating advocacy, referrals, and repeat business.
  • Develop existing customer accounts while maintaining a strong pipeline of new commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer, opportunity, and sales activity information in the CRM system.
  • Gather and communicate relevant clinical, customer, competitor, and market insights to support commercial planning.
  • Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, professional-development events, and other industry meetings related to physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and sports performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
