Role Description
The Sales Specialist Selfridges London is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service on the sales floor, engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending Augustinus Bader products that align with brand standards.

- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrating product knowledge
- Conducting individualized consultations
- Ensuring merchandising and stock are presented according to guidelines
- Collaborating closely with store staff and brand representatives
- Participating in in-store events and promotions
- Contributing to a premium client experience that reflects Augustinus Bader’s scientific and luxury positioning
- Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Providing feedback from the retail environment to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service Skills
- To interact effectively with diverse clients and provide an elevated in-store experience
- Sales Skills
- Including consultative selling and the ability to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets
- Training and Sales Management Skills
- To support onboarding of new team members, share product knowledge, and help drive best practices on the sales floor
- Experience
- Ideally in luxury retail, beauty, skincare, or related sectors, with a strong interest in science-driven skincare
- Professional Attributes
- Professional appearance, reliability, and the ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- Skills
- Good organizational skills, basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems, and the ability to work collaboratively within store and brand teams
