Sales Specialist – Surgical Solutions

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped commission (£24-35k OTE) + company car

The Role
Covering the Yorkshire and North East region, this field-based role involves selling to Sterile Services, Consultants, EBME, Theatre Managers, and Procurement. You'll represent a leading range of surgical instruments and sterile capital equipment. This is a mix of account management and business development, supported by strong brand recognition and internal referrals. The sale is value-driven, not transactional – ideal for someone who thrives in clinical, stakeholder-led environments.

The Requirements
- 3 years+ hospital sales experience
- Surgical / theatre experience preferred but not essential
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

The Package – Territory Manager
- Basic Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
- Commission: £24,000 – £35,000+ uncapped
- Company Car: Fully expensed – no allowance option
- Benefits: Private healthcare, pension, lunch allowance
- Holidays: 27 days + bank holidays
