You know the product inside out. You know how to connect it to a customer's real pain. And you know how to close. If that's you — this role was built for you.
The Mission
As a Sales Specialist, you drive product adoption and expansion within Simpro Group's existing customer base. You combine deep technical product expertise with direct commercial engagement — generating cross-sell opportunities, supporting Account Managers on expansion deals, and helping customers realize additional value across the full Simpro Group product portfolio.
You are the bridge between what our platform can do and what a customer urgently needs. You move fast, you go deep, and you close.
What You’ll Do
Drive Adoption & Expansion
- Generate cross-sell pipeline through consistent outbound engagement into non-managed customer accounts
- Carry and achieve a defined expansion revenue quota through cross-sell and product adoption within the existing customer base
- Demonstrate and present Simpro Group products to customers — translating technical features into business benefits aligned with customer needs
- Close expansion opportunities from demo to signed order, managing a short and decisive sales cycle
Support Account Manager Deals
- Step into live Account Manager opportunities as the product expert — handling demos and technical conversations the moment an expansion deal opens
- Arm Account Managers with the product knowledge, talk tracks, and demo assets they need to identify and create expansion opportunities
- Partner closely with the AI Sales team when customer conversations extend into AI solutions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
