FX Sales Specialist | Up to £35,000 Base + Uncapped Commission | West London

Hungry to earn? Get into the biggest market in financial services.

Every day, trillions of pounds move across the global currency markets, and businesses need experts to help them do it. That's where you come in.

Our client is a fast-growing, independent foreign exchange and international payments specialist based in West London. Its founders and senior team are experienced figures from the financial markets. The firm works with businesses whose currency needs are too large or complex for a one-size-fits-all bank offering.

The business holds regulatory permissions in several countries. That lets it offer the full range of FX services: spot and forward trading, hedging and risk management, multi-currency accounts and international payments. Credit decisions are made quickly, so new clients can start trading straight away instead of waiting weeks.

About the Role

This is a new business sales role. Your job is to find, approach and win companies that need foreign exchange, from FTSE-listed corporates to SMEs. You'll spot businesses that are importing, exporting, paying overseas suppliers or holding foreign currency, start the conversation and turn them into long-term clients.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This Role is for You If:

  • You're competitive and motivated by money
  • You have a natural eye for business and spotting opportunities
  • You want to be paid for the results you deliver, not just for turning up
  • You're a graduate ready to go into sales, or you already sell and want to move into a market with far more earning potential

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Researching and identifying businesses with foreign exchange needs, from FTSE-listed companies to SMEs
  • Prospecting and generating your own leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn and networking
  • Winning new B2B clients that trade internationally
  • Taking a consultative approach: understanding how a business works, where it's losing money on currency, and how you can fix that
  • Managing your own pipeline from first call to closed deal
  • Building and growing a client book that keeps paying you over time
  • Learning how global currency markets work, with full training provided

Why Join?

  • The agility of a boutique with the strength of an established player. You'll have deep liquidity and strong banking partnerships behind you, without the red tape of a tier-one bank.
  • A product set that opens doors. You can win new clients with trading, risk management and payments, then grow those relationships across all three.
  • Speed to revenue. Quick credit decisions mean the deals you bring in actually close.
  • Room to grow. The business is still expanding, so high performers get real visibility, influence and progression.
