Company Description

TJM FX is an FX intermediary execution services firm specializing in product advice in foreign exchange markets for Eligible Contract Participants as defined by the Commodity Exchange Act. Leveraging a broad and diverse liquidity pool that includes traditional interbank providers, non-traditional buy-side market makers, and local banks, the firm offers access to liquidity that is often unavailable to many market participants. With offices in Chicago, New York, London, and plans to expand into Asia, TJM FX provides true 24-hour global coverage. The firm focuses exclusively on institutional and eligible counterparties, does not serve retail customers, and emphasizes that foreign exchange and CFTC-regulated swap derivative products involve risk and are not suitable for all investors. TJM FX operates with a strong commitment to regulatory compliance, risk awareness, and professional market conduct.

Role Description

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
