ES Pro-Regen Solutions | Regenerative Medicine & Orthopaedics
Part-Time | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | UK
About ES Pro-Regen Solutions
ES Pro-Regen Solutions is a growing UK company specialising in innovative regenerative solutions for orthopaedics, musculoskeletal medicine and tissue repair.
We work with orthopedic professionals and clinics across the UK, introducing clinically focused technologies designed to support regenerative approaches to patient care.
As we expand our UK presence, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Part-Time Sales Executive to join our team.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business and taking ownership of their sales territory.
The role will focus primarily on developing relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, sports medicine doctors, MSK specialists, private clinics and other relevant healthcare professionals.
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, introducing our product portfolio to potential customers and developing those relationships into long-term accounts.
This is not simply an order-taking sales position. We are looking for someone who can open doors, create opportunities and build a strong professional network within the UK medical market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new potential customers across the UK private healthcare and orthopaedic/MSK sectors.
- Build relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, MSK specialists and clinics.
- Introduce ES Pro-ReGen Solutions and its regenerative medicine portfolio to healthcare professionals.
- Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into new accounts and sales.
- Arrange meetings, product introductions and follow-up discussions with prospective customers.
- Develop existing accounts and encourage repeat business.
- Attend selected exhibitions, professional meetings, training events and product presentations.
- Work closely with the ES Pro-Proregen team, clinical educators and manufacturing partners.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, opportunities and sales activity within the company CRM.
- Provide regular feedback on customer requirements, competitor activity and emerging opportunities within the market.
- Work towards agreed sales and business-development targets.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
