Turn Generative AI Into Revenue — at Enterprise Scale

We're looking for a hands-on AI sales strategist who can bridge the gap between cutting-edge machine learning and real-world B2B revenue growth. This isn't an advisory role or an innovation side-project — you'll own the AI vision for a global sales organization, build the tools that reps use in live deals, and be measured by the revenue lift you create.

If you thrive at the intersection of advanced AI and high-stakes enterprise selling, keep reading.

What You'll Do

  • Ship real-time AI-powered sales tools — design and deploy GenAI solutions that surface live insights (deal scores, upsell signals, buyer intent) directly to reps during calls and negotiations.
  • Build predictive forecasting engines — develop ML models that anticipate market shifts, competitive moves, and pipeline risks with ≥95% accuracy, auto-updating within 48 hours of new data.
  • Own the AI-in-sales roadmap — define and execute a long-term strategy that transforms how the company sells across channels and geographies, not just optimizes the status quo.
  • Drive measurable impact — target a ≥20% lift in conversion rates directly tied to the tools and models you deliver.
  • Coach and elevate the team — mentor AI specialists, run technical reviews, and raise the bar on what the group can ship.
  • Be the translator — turn complex model outputs and AI strategies into clear, compelling narratives that win buy-in from senior leadership and frontline sellers alike.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What You Won't Do

  • Manage CRMs or pull manual reports — you're building the automation layer, not operating it.
  • Wait for permission to innovate — you set the AI agenda; there's no separate lab to petition.
  • Pursue research without a revenue line attached — every initiative ties back to business outcomes.
  • Babysit legacy systems — the charter here is transformation, full stop.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

  • 3+ years in B2B enterprise software sales with a track record of managing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Deep, applied experience with Generative AI & LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar) used in a commercial or go-to-market setting.
  • Proven ability to build or deploy ML models for forecasting, lead scoring, or classification within a sales context.
  • Strong command of sales strategy, customer journey design, and competitive dynamics — with concrete examples of using AI to sharpen each.
  • Outstanding communication skills — you can make a transformer architecture compelling to a VP of Sales.
  • Mentorship or team-lead experience on AI/ML projects.

Nice-to-Have

  • Hands-on work with streaming data platforms (Kafka, Spark Streaming) or real-time analytics pipelines.

  • Background in competitive intelligence or market research powered by AI.
  • Department- or BU-level AI strategy ownership.
  • Published articles, conference talks, or visible thought leadership where AI meets revenue.

What You'll Gain

  • Production-grade AI at scale — end-to-end experience shipping tools used daily by a global salesforce.
  • Strategic leadership muscle — learn to craft, pitch, and execute a multi-year AI roadmap tied directly to P&L outcomes.
  • Cross-functional influence — sharpen your ability to drive change across sales, product, and engineering by quantifying impact in dollars.
  • Frontier tech exposure — stay on the leading edge of LLM capabilities, agentic frameworks, and prompt-engineering best practices as they evolve.
  • Market intelligence depth — build expertise in predictive modeling, scenario planning, and competitive analysis powered by AI.
