Meta is seeking a highly strategic, quantitative, and insight-driven business leader to join the EMEA Sales Strategy Planning & Operations team. This role is central to driving business performance by being the objective, trusted voice to the sales organization—surfacing insights that inform critical decisions and delivering regional context and last-mile execution awareness into global Go-To-Market strategy. You will translate complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes, serving as the bridge between regional market realities and global decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Deliver objective, data-driven insights that inform critical business decisions and drive measurable impact
- Surface regional context and market nuances to ensure last-mile execution awareness shapes Go-To-Market strategy
- Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations that influence business direction and resource allocation
- Champion the regional perspective in global forums, providing data-driven feedback on market dynamics and product opportunities to central teams
- Communicate and influence leadership regularly, synthesizing insights into compelling narratives that highlight opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations
- Drive alignment across regional and global teams, ensuring strategies are grounded in local execution context

Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience leading strategy and operations projects in a consulting environment, corporate strategy/operations team, quantitative field (e.g. investment banking, PE/VC) or similar tech company
- Strong systems thinking with experience automating workflows and leveraging AI tools to drive efficiency and scale
- Proficient in SQL and experience extracting and manipulating data from large / complex databases
- Track record of using data to understand business problems, generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Problem solving and analytical skills, proficiency in solving complex and varied business problems (commercial, operational, organizational)
- Experience communicating with and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization
- Experience delivering results in dynamic environments by adapting priorities, collaborating across teams, and communicating trade-offs to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
- Experience building and deploying AI-powered automation solutions to scale analytical workflows
- Experience in advertising, media, or technology industries
- MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative field
- Background working in or supporting EMEA markets with understanding of regional business dynamics
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Familiarity with Meta's advertising products and sales ecosystem
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
