Sales Strategy, Planning & Operations Lead – EMEA
Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week
Contract: 12 months, with opportunity for extension
Salary: From £82,992
Our client is looking for a highly strategic, analytical and commercially minded Sales Strategy, Planning & Operations Lead to join their EMEA team. This is a high-impact role focused on turning complex data and regional market insights into strategic recommendations that influence business performance and global Go-To-Market strategy.
You’ll act as a trusted partner to Sales leadership, connecting regional market realities with global decision-making and helping identify opportunities, risks and priorities.

- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to support critical business decisions
- Analyse regional trends, market dynamics and commercial opportunities
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional leadership teams to influence strategy and resource allocation
- Represent the EMEA perspective in global forums and strategic discussions
- Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives for senior stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI, automation and smarter workflows
- Drive alignment between regional and global teams, balancing priorities and communicating trade-offs
What we’re looking for
- 6+ years’ experience in strategy & operations, consulting, corporate strategy, quantitative roles or a similar technology environment
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
- Proven ability to use data to solve complex commercial and operational problems
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong understanding and practical use of AI and automation
- Technology, advertising or media experience is highly desirable
- EMEA market experience is advantageous
