We are looking for a new team member to represent TUTTI within our clothing concession at Fenwick, Newcastle. The ideal candidate will embody the warmth, creativity and effortless style of our store environment, creating a relaxed, inspiring, and experience-led space for clients to shop.
Weekdays - 18 Hours

- Comfortable styling mannequins, rails and curated displays
- Commercial awareness with a client-first approach to sales
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a small team environment
- Passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences rather than transactional selling
- Confident recommending styling combinations and complete looks
- Appreciation for craftsmanship, quality and contemporary lifestyle brands
- Professional yet approachable presence
- Reliable, trustworthy and highly presentable
- Enthusiastic about representing the TUTTI brand and aesthetic

The Role
- Creating an inviting and beautifully styled concession space
- Delivering one-to-one styling support for clients
- Building repeat customer relationships and loyalty
- Maintaining high visual merchandising standards throughout the space
- Supporting daily sales while ensuring the experience remains relaxed and authentic
- Curating and replenishing product displays with attention to detail
- Working collaboratively to bring the TUTTI concept store atmosphere into the concession environment

Ideal Background
- Previous experience in premium fashion, lifestyle or boutique retail
- Styling, visual merchandising or personal shopping experience desirable
- Experience working within independent, luxury or concept-store environments preferred
