Skills And Competencies
- We seek curious problem solvers who enjoy learning new things and working with others
- Be open to feedback and continuously growing your interpersonal and technical skills
- Be interested in learning and working with Moody’s various systems and processes, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Have a customer-centric mindset
- Eager to explore and stay updated with advancements in AI and emerging technologies, demonstrating a proactive approach to continuous learning and innovation
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education
- Students matriculating through college, studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications or another related field
- Graduation date of June 2028
- Ability to work during program dates: June 7 - August 13, 2027
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with talented peers, fellow interns, and experienced professionals on meaningful projects and initiatives
- Contribute to key sales and customer service processes, helping support business objectives and client success
- Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment where your ideas and contributions are valued
- Make a direct impact through projects that support real business needs and strategic priorities
- Learn from and network with a diverse group of professionals, including industry leaders, sales associates, and mentors who are invested in your growth and development
- Present your accomplishments and project outcomes to leaders and colleagues as part of the program's final presentation
About The Team
Through our 2027 Sales Internships, you’ll gain valuable experience in a wide variety of business areas. Our opportunities include exposure to the fast paced world of Fintech sales and the critical aspects of our Customer Service business – which supports all our products such as credit research, credit risk models and enterprise risk management software. You’ll work on real and challenging projects. Most importantly, you’ll be part of a business that is dedicated to analyzing credit and financial data. At the end of the summer, you will be required to present your solution to a major business challenge.

Moody's 10-week summer internship program is a premier opportunity for students to immerse themselves in a hands-on learning experience, guided by Moody's commitment to integrity, excellence, and insight. The program takes place each summer from June - August and positions are available for undergraduate and select graduate students. Internships are full-time, offering a comprehensive view of Moody's business and culture, and a chance to build professional and technical skills. Programmatic elements include networking, mentorship, leadership speaker series and volunteering events. Interns complete project work determined by their team that have real impact, fostering a sense of accomplishment and professional growth. Throughout the internship, participants receive mentorship from Moody's professionals, gaining insights into diverse career paths and cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the company. Networking events and workshops further enrich the experience, providing a platform for professional development and collaboration. As a Moody's intern, you will gain real-world experience, turn inputs into actions, and be an integral part of the team.
