Role Description

The Sales Supervisor role at Europe Luxs® is a remote, contract position responsible for overseeing and guiding a sales team focused on high-net-worth and luxury market segments. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Sales Supervisor will:

  • Coach and train team members
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality customer service
  • Support the team in managing key accounts and relationships
  • Analyze sales data
  • Prepare performance reports
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales initiatives
  • Uphold the company’s standards of professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills: To interpret sales data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
  • Effective Team Management and Training skills: To lead, motivate, and develop sales professionals.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills: To build trust with clients and stakeholders in a luxury, high-net-worth environment.
  • Experience in sales supervision, business development, or account management, preferably within luxury, finance, or professional services sectors.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet performance targets in a remote setting.
