Who You Are
You’re a collaborative and results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic retail environment. As a Sales Supervisor, you help lead a team that delivers inclusive and exceptional customer experiences—both in-store and virtually. You communicate clearly, support others with empathy, and approach challenges with adaptability, enthusiasm, and a solution-focused mindset. You value diverse perspectives and foster a culture where everyone can contribute meaningfully.
What You’ll Do
People
- Inspire, coach, and support the store team while partnering with the host store to build a culture of accountability and performance.
- Assist the management team in onboarding and developing team members, ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported.
Sales and Service
- Guide the team to prioritize inclusive, high-quality customer experiences that build loyalty and repeat business in store and through virtual shopping.
- Ensure MK Ambassadors maintain client communication using all available clientelling apps and tools.
- Proactively manage client database to increase sales.
- Set and communicate clear sales goals and KPIs, ensuring all team members understand how they contribute to success.

Operations
- Promote a proactive approach to loss prevention, collaborating with store leadership to address concerns early.
- Use company communication platforms effectively and follow through on relevant updates and actions.
You’ll Need to Have
- Proven experience in retail, ideally within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
- Ability to lead and collaborate with empathy, clarity, and respect for diverse working styles
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to use digital tools to enhance customer experience
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
- Familiarity with retail KPIs and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

The range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience. Please note that for salaried roles, the figures reflect full-time equivalency, while for hourly roles, the figures represent the applicable hourly rate.
Compensation Range: 26,000.00 - 41,500.00 GBP
