WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED SALES SUPERVISOR TO HELP LEAD OUR STORE ON BEAK ST. IN LONDON.

Your Mission & Responsibilities Ahead Of You

You will be an ambassador for GANNI. You will work within our beautifully curated stores. The GANNI culture is based on a learning and results-driven mentality, where everyone is united by a common purpose.

You will support the store management to run a omnichannel business where missing a sale is not an option. You have a result-oriented mindset and you will drive footfall through a clientele mindset as an integral part of daily business. Through appointments and in-store events, you and your team will continue to build and foster the GANNI community.

You will strive to achieve store KPI targets and you will support creating a culture within your team that is authentic, optimistic, and driven by results with the opportunity to learn.

Key Responsibilities

STORE

  • Share responsibility for the shopfloor day-to-day operations
  • Ensure exceptional client experience and establish customer loyalty
  • Strong clientele mindset to foster returning clients
  • Motivate and support the sales advisors to reach store KPI store and individual targets and maintain a KPI-driven environment
  • Drive and support the store manager for in-store events
  • Take part in analysing store performance, and support your Store Manager in defining actions required to achieve business objectives
  • Act on sales opportunities with your team and strive to secure all sales
  • Support the VM team in executing VM guidelines and preparing the store visual before every collection launch/newness launch
  • Stock management in all aspects, being a fast learner of the operating system and with attention to details
  • Support administrative duties such as trade reporting and communicating with the store team and other GANNI stakeholders

TEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Support your Store Manager in leading and planning daily work and operations in the store
  • Support and drive your team to achieve a healthy client loyalty base with in-store activities to foster client relationships
  • Motivate and coach your team to ensure they all deliver world-class customer service consistently
  • Support facilitating as well as participating in workshops/daily briefs
  • People skills are key to this role, as you will need to confidently guide a diverse team of sales staff
  • Support in facilitating monthly performance review meetings

COMMUNICATION

  • Keep yourself and team members up to date with all relevant information and business trends
  • Support the development of clear, consistent and organised lines of communication
  • Drive your own development and strive to enhance your leadership skills

Professional Qualifications

  • Proven supervisor experience with at least one year of experience or you are a senior style advisor ready to step into a managerial role
  • People management: lead, motivate and coach a team of sales advisors
  • Clientelling mindset
  • Experience working with operating systems and an excellent understanding of KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in both a fast-paced environment, also able to adapt and motivate the team during slower trade hours
  • Fluent in English
