Join the House of Fusalp

Founded in Annecy in 1952 by two master tailors, Fusalp combines technical expertise, craftsmanship and timeless elegance to create collections inspired by The Art of the Mountain.

As we prepare to open our new London boutique, we are looking for an experienced Supervisor who will help build a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional client experience from day one.

Your Mission

As a Supervisor, you will lead by example. In our boutiques, leadership means being present on the sales floor and actively contributing to every aspect of the business. You will inspire the team not only through coaching and commercial performance, but also by participating in the daily operational life of the boutique.

You will:

  • Deliver an exceptional client experience and inspire the team to do the same.
  • Support the daily operation of the boutique, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Coach and motivate the team to achieve individual and boutique KPIs.
  • Ensure the boutique consistently reflects Fusalp's visual merchandising and operational standards.
  • Lead by example by actively participating in stock management, deliveries, inventories, merchandising and all daily operational activities alongside the team.
  • Act as a key holder and confidently manage the boutique in the Store Manager's absence.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative and performance-driven team culture.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
