For the opening of our new London boutique, we are looking for an experienced retail professional ready to bring expertise, energy, and leadership to a new team.

Your Mission

As Supervisor / Key Holder, you will lead from the sales floor, combining outstanding client experience with strong commercial and operational performance.

You will:

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences and inspire the team to do the same.
  • Drive sales, clienteling, and boutique KPIs.
  • Coach and support Sales Associates in their development.
  • Act as Key Holder and take ownership of the boutique when the Store Manager is absent.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and boutique presentation.
  • Actively contribute to stock, deliveries, inventories, and daily operations alongside the team.
  • Help build a positive, ambitious, and high-performing culture from day one.

As we open our new London boutiques, we are looking for enthusiastic people who love working with customers and want to build a career in premium retail.

What will help you succeed

You bring:

  • At least 2 years of solid premium retail experience, ideally within luxury or high-end fashion.
  • Strong customer-facing and clienteling experience.
  • A proven understanding of sales targets and retail KPIs.
  • Experience coaching, supervising, or supporting the development of others.
  • Commercial drive, initiative, and confidence in taking responsibility.
  • A hands-on attitude and the ability to move naturally between clients, team, and operations.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, peak periods, and across London locations when required.
  • Additional languages are a plus in our international client environment.
