Job Title: Sales Supervisor (Night Team)

Location: Sheffield, UK (fully office-based)
Working hours: 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM / Mon - Sun (rota basis)
Salary: £32,000 + Team Performance Bonus

Role Overview

As a Sales Supervisor (Night Sales), you will support the day-to-day operations of our outbound sales activity for the night team, working across both the US & UK markets. This role combines supervisory duties of the team, working closely alongside the Sales Manager, whilst also supporting on the dialer when required.

You will undertake the supervisory responsibilities of team performance management, coaching and development, quality assurance, performance tracking, administrative duties and motivating and leading the team. You will also be required to work as part of the outbound sales team when required, making outbound calls to warm leads on behalf of our health, wellness and lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Performance Management: Oversee the performance of the sales team, ensuring targets and KPIs are met, particularly in the absence of the Sales Manager.
  • Coaching & Development: Deliver regular coaching sessions to agents to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and overall performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess call quality, providing structured, constructive feedback to agents to drive continuous improvement.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Operational Collaboration: Work closely with the wider management team to identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall contact centre performance.
  • Administrative Duties: Complete general administrative tasks including reporting, scheduling support, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Team Motivation & Engagement: Foster a positive and high-energy team environment, motivating agents to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Outbound Sales Support: Actively handle outbound sales calls during peak periods or when required, leading by example in sales performance.
  • Knowledge and Guidance: Have a strong knowledge of all products and services we offer to customers across our brands and support the team with any questions they may have about the products or processes.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of outbound phone-based sales experience.
  • 2+ years of team leader/sales supervisor experience in a contact centre environment.
  • Experience working with US based customers would be advantageous.
  • Confident to effectively run and supervise the team in the absence of the Sales Manager.
  • The ability to motivate and lead a team of sales agents to ensure targets are met and revenue is generated.
  • Experience delivering coaching and feedback to agents with a natural ability to engage.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills whilst remaining professional and personable.
  • Time management and organisational skills, to prioritise your workload and efficiently manage your time as both a sales supervisor and an agent.
  • Comfortable selling without a script and handling objections with confidence.
  • Fluent, professional English and a confident and personable phone presence.
  • Motivated and resilient, with the desire to achieve results.
  • Tech-savvy with solid CRM/data entry skills to accurately process sales and information.

Salary & Working Hours

You will receive a basic salary of £32,000 per annum (37.5 hours per week) + team performance bonus. You will be working set hours of 6:00PM - 2:00AM, Monday - Sunday (5-day rota).
