Role Description
The Sales Support role is a remote role responsible for providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to the sales function and our valuable broker partners. This includes managing sales pipelines, packaging up secured loan cases, training on criteria, products, and systems. Additionally, day-to-day handling of inbound queries from partners, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong customer service standards throughout the lending process.

The Sales Support role will collaborate closely with sales, underwriting, and operations teams to support the successful delivery of lending products. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics, contributing to sales initiatives, and assisting with training materials or guidelines for partners and internal colleagues.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor sales performance, and support informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities to manage partner and applicant queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Operations experience to support pipeline management, process improvements, and day-to-day sales activities.
- Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners, both in writing and verbally.
- Experience in financial services or mortgage lending, particularly within the UK market, is essential.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment are required.
- Proficiency with mortgage or secured loan underwriting and/or case management is preferred.
- Relevant education or training in business, finance, or a related field is advantageous.
