Your New Role
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of sales operations, logistics and customer support activities. This is a varied and fast-paced position offering exposure to multiple areas of the business, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within a commercial operation.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the sales team with administration and day-to-day coordination.
- Preparing and formatting quotations for review by Account Managers.
- Managing outbound requests with vendors and distributors.
- Conducting prospect research to identify key decision-makers and maintain accurate contact records.
- Gathering market intelligence and summarising relevant industry news.
- Maintaining CRM data, ensuring records are accurate, up to date and correctly tagged.
- Coordinating UK and international shipments.
- Tracking deliveries and supporting customs clearance processes.
- Managing order flow and ensuring customers receive exceptional service and communication throughout.
- Assisting with the organisation of client events, activities and business trips.
- Supporting office operations and facilities administration.
- Coordinating supplies, storage and general office organisation.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
- Supporting the implementation of new systems and ways of working.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence working across multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous administration, coordination, operations or sales support experience would be advantageous.
