Role Description
The Sales Support Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kirkby, providing administrative and customer-focused support to the sales team. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The role involves coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to track deliveries, resolve order issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The Sales Support Administrator will also assist with sales documentation, reporting, and general office administration, contributing to efficient operations and high-quality service. This position requires a proactive, organized approach and a strong commitment to supporting both customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship building.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident telephone manner.
- Accurate Order Processing and Sales support skills, including managing quotations and sales records.
- Solid Administrative Assistance skills, such as data entry, document management, and general office coordination.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar) and CRM or ERP systems is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential.
- Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service, or office support role, ideally within a distribution or equipment supply environment, is an advantage.
- A collaborative working style, reliability, and a willingness to learn about catering equipment products are highly valued.
