A well-established and leading SaaS software platform with its head office in Stoke-on-Trent is looking to appoint a Part-Time Sales Support Administrator to join its growing commercial team.
This is a great opportunity for an organised, personable administrator who enjoys being at the heart of a busy sales function — and wants the flexibility that part-time hours bring.
The business is going through an exciting period of growth, and this role has been created to give the sales team the day-to-day support they need to keep momentum going. You'll be the reliable go-to person keeping quotes, orders, CRM records and customer communications ticking along nicely behind the scenes.
If you thrive on variety, take pride in getting the details right and enjoy a role where no two days look quite the same, this one is worth a closer look.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
