Sales Support Administrator
Birchwood, Warrington | £28,000 - £30,000 DOE | Full Time | Office Based
Are you a recent graduate looking to take your first step into sales, customer service, or commercial support? Or perhaps you already have experience in sales administration and are looking for your next opportunity with a successful, growing business?
We're currently recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join a highly successful global organisation based in Birchwood, Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team where you'll receive support and training while developing your knowledge of sales, customer service, and technical products.
The Role
Working as part of a busy and collaborative team, you'll provide essential administrative and sales support, helping to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from enquiry through to fulfillment.
The products are technical, so this role would suit someone who is numerical, commercially minded, highly organized, and eager to learn. You don't need to know the products already, what's important is your ability to absorb information, work accurately, and take a proactive approach.
What will you be doing?

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
