Join Our Farnham Honda Sales Team!

Love motorcycles, love getting the details right, and love being the friendly face that keeps a dealership running smoothly? Farnham Honda is looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Farnham. As an official Honda dealership, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer experiences, and this role keeps everything moving from the front desk to the back office.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for sales and service enquiries, with a strong daily focus on data processing and administration. In our peak season, you'll support the Sales team with vehicle sales administration, including invoicing, data processing, and data entry. In our low season, you'll switch gears to service prospecting: managing our customer database and calling customers to get them booked in for their next service.

Main Duties

  • Carry out daily data processing, data entry, and administration accurately and on time
  • Support the Sales team with vehicle sales administration during peak season, including invoicing, data processing, and data entry
  • Drive service prospecting during low season by managing the customer database and calling customers to book in services
  • Manage the incoming sales and service enquiry desk, handling calls and walk-ins promptly and professionally
  • Greet showroom customers when advisors are busy, and take straightforward service bookings
  • Log every customer contact in the digital diary by close of business, and keep customer records up to date
  • Manage shared inboxes, take accurate messages, and make sure enquiries are followed up
  • Support the billing team with invoice preparation, job cards, purchase orders, and supporting documents
  • Help with simple dealership social media updates, from new stock highlights to customer handovers and events
  • Keep reception and customer areas tidy, welcoming, and on-brand

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
