About Us
ProspectAware provides outsourced Sales Development and Lead Generation for the global tech sector. Our clients include AWS, Dropbox, Cisco, Airbus and Palo Alto Networks, helping them build pipeline and grow revenue.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for an organised, curious Junior Administrator to help our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) stay on top of their campaigns. You’ll research companies, find the right people to contact and keep our CRM accurate and up to date. You’ll also help with everyday admin and speak with clients when needed. If you enjoy digging into information, getting the details right and keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Research companies to support our clients’ sales campaigns
- Find the right decision-makers and people for our SDRs to speak with
- Source and check business contact details, including work email addresses and work mobile numbers
- Build prospect lists and upload company and contact information into our CRM
- Keep the CRM tidy and up to date, filling in missing details and removing duplicates
- Work closely with our SDRs to help them get the information they need
- Liaise with clients when needed to clarify details and share updates
- Help with spreadsheets, documents and general day-to-day admin
- Handle client and contact information carefully and follow our data-handling processes
What We’re Looking For
- Organised, reliable and good at spotting the small details
- Comfortable researching online and working with spreadsheets
- A clear, friendly communicator over email and on the phone
- Happy to ask questions, learn new tools and get stuck in
- Able to manage your workload and follow tasks through
- Some admin, customer service or sales support experience would be a bonus, but isn’t essential
- Experience using a CRM or LinkedIn for research would also be helpful
