Job Title

About the Role

Amenity Sales Support is a key part of the Company’s sales team whose job it is to help meet sales goals and increase profitability and sales volumes. This individual is responsible for assisting in developing long-term relationships with customers old and new.

Working alongside the Account Managers and Office Manager to satisfy customer’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. The Sales Support Administrator should have excellent communication skills and be customer service orientated. The role will include processing sales orders and quotes, providing reports, responding to queries from both the sales team and customers via email and telephone, providing administration support for procurement, in addition to general administrative housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Account Managers and Office Manager

  • Process sales orders and quotes

Job Details

This is a full-time, on-site role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, with an annual salary of £26,000. You must therefore be comfortable commuting to our offices in Ampfield, Hampshire.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Ability to work and contribute within a sales team environment as well as being able to work independently when required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good and accurate literacy, numeracy, and administrative skills along with good keyboard skills
  • Ability to manage a variety of relationships with different stakeholders
  • Good communication skills and ability to work on your own initiative
  • Good planning and organising skills and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Experience working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
  • Good knowledge of the functionality of Outlook
