Sales Support Administrator

(Full-time, Office-Based, Monday – Friday)

Are you highly organised, detail-focused and someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly?

At Black Sheep Utilities, we’re looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our growing Sales Support team. You’ll play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring every sale is accurate, compliant and processed efficiently while helping our Utilities Consultants deliver an outstanding customer experience.

If you’re someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys solving problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Sales Support Administrator, you’ll support our sales team by auditing completed sales, processing contracts, updating customer information, liaising with suppliers and ensuring every deal progresses smoothly from quotation through to live supply. You’ll resolve queries, carry out data accuracy checks and provide valuable feedback to the Sales Management team, all while working towards clear KPIs and service levels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
