Sales Support Administrator

The Job Role

As a Sales Support Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring sales orders run smoothly, enhancing account profitability, and supporting teams to deliver outstanding service and customer satisfaction.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Process sales orders accurately across UK and international markets
  • Manage orders efficiently to maintain service excellence
  • Keep up to date with the latest products, services, and systems
  • Support customer management while meeting SLAs and KPIs
  • Contribute to team meetings with insights and process improvement ideas
  • Perform general administrative tasks to maintain smooth daily operations

To be successful in this role you’ll bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Ideally, you’ll also have:

  • Proven administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to prioritise and adapt under pressure
  • A collaborative approach with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email management tools
