Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Salary: A GBP 23,000 : A GBP 30,000 per annum
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week)
We are looking for an energetic, organised, and friendly Sales Support Administrator to join our team at AMCO. If you love helping people, building great relationships, and keeping things running like clockwork, we would love to meet you.

Your Role in the Team
As our Sales Support Administrator, you will be the heartbeat of our Sales department. Reporting directly to our Senior Account Manager, your mission is to support our sales champions and make sure our clients receive a seamless, world-class experience.
Key focus areas are, but not limited to:
- Admin Support to Sales Department
- Enquiries and leads classification
- Key Sales Systems and Customers data maintenance
- KPIs and Sales reporting

Admin Support to Sales Department
- Supporting the Account and Sales Managers
- Managing and ordering company merchandise
- Working closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and KPI adherence
- Assisting sales teams with proposal development and product/service presentation
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service, answering queries and solving problems
- Supporting the sales team in meeting sales targets
- Organising and scheduling sales meetings and appointments
- Assisting with sales training and onboarding of new team members
- Organising corporate events, client visits, and catering.
Enquiries and leads classification
- Responsible for new inbound enquiries and qualifying the lead.
- Carrying credit checks on new accounts and updating the CRM with the information
- Liaison with Senior Client Account manager for Lead allocations
Key Sales Systems and Customers data maintenance
- Oversee the CRM/ Internal Gateway system to ensure tasks are completed within given time frames
- Managing customer databases, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date
- Handling administrative tasks such as managing sales contracts, filing important documents, and maintaining records

KPIs and Sales reporting
- Compile sales data into power point for monthly board meetings
- Produce individual monthly KPI reports
- Preparing sales reports and analysing sales trends to assist in creating sales strategies
About You
We are looking for a proactive team player who genuinely loves putting the customer at the heart of everything they do.
Our Ideal Match Has
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within a busy environment.
- Tech Skills: Minimum of 3 years using a CRM system and strong Excel skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent telephone skills and a warm, clear communication style.
- The Can-Do Attitude: A self-motivated spirit, an eagerness to learn, and a passion for finding clever ways to improve how we do things with track record of managing multiple commercial processes (budgets, contract renegotiation, KPI measurement), forecasting precisely, and identifying the solutions we can offer resulting in a positive commercial outcome for AMCO and customers
- Team Player: Working collaboratively across departments.
