Sales Support Administrator

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support Administrator to join a Health & Employee Benefits team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys supporting consultants, and takes pride in delivering a first‑class client experience.

You’ll provide essential administrative and client‑support across a wide range of health & group risk products including private medical insurance, cash plans, travel insurance, dental, life, income protection and critical illness. As the first point of contact for consultants, insurers and clients, you’ll help ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and exceptional service delivery.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Diary management, inbox monitoring and appointment booking.
  • Data entry, document creation, filing and system organisation.
  • Handling incoming calls professionally and managing client queries.
  • Providing admin support to consultants and team leaders.
  • Processing renewals, new business, mid‑term changes and membership updates.
  • Requesting quotations and supporting market review reporting.
  • Uploading documentation to internal systems accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining comprehensive client records and liaising with insurer partners.

Essential Criteria:

  • Highly organised with strong time‑management skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Accurate, detail‑focused and able to work under pressure.
  • A clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and supporting a busy team.
  • Ideally will have some group risk or PMI experience/knowledge
