Fully Remote / Hybrid | 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £25,000 – £29,000

We’re excited to welcome a Sales Support Administrator to our team at IMG—one of the world’s leading international medical insurance providers. This is a Permanent, full-time opportunity (37.5 hours/week) based out of our Cardiff office, with hybrid working options available. Earning a competitive salary between £25,000.00 and £29,000.00.

Job Summary

To provide sales and administrative support to the IPMI Regional Sales Managers and Retention Manager, ensuring timely and accurate processing of quotations, renewals, and broker onboarding activities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Input quotation data into the relevant systems.
  • Manage the diary system to ensure quotation turnaround times (TATs) are met.
  • Monitor and manage the IPMI Sales inbox.
  • Distribute renewal terms directly to clients or through brokers.
  • Support Regional Sales Managers with sales campaigns and related activities.
  • Facilitate the Terms of Business Agreement (TOBA) process.

Qualifications

  • Sales and customer-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Adaptable and self-motivated, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
