Sales Support Administrator
Salary: £26,000
Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential to become permanent
Location: Wimbledon - Hybrid
The Role
An entry-level opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual to join a busy Sales team, providing general administrative and data support.
You will help keep customer information and internal systems accurate and up to date, while supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration.

Key Responsibilities
- Updating customer records and internal systems
- Processing basic orders and information accurately
- Checking data and correcting discrepancies
- Maintaining spreadsheets and electronic records
- Supporting basic reporting and data administration
- Preparing documents and updating trackers
- Managing emails and general administrative queries
- Supporting the Sales team with day-to-day tasks
- Ensuring information is accurate and completed on time

About You
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and reliable
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office/Excel
- Good written communication
- Able to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks
- Keen to learn new systems and processes
- Previous administration experience is helpful but not essential
