Sales Support Advisor (x3)
Location – Reading or Cardiff (2 days per week on site)
Contract till end of Jan 2027
37 hours per week
£15.54 per hour (PAYE)

Role Overview

Our client is a well-established and rapidly growing energy supplier, recognised as one of the leading providers of business energy and related services in the UK. Their Sales Support department is responsible for processing all new and renewing business energy supply tenders, supporting the wider business energy sales teams in their ambitious growth goals.

As a Sales Support Advisor, your role will be diverse and dynamic. Opportunities exist across pricing, contract retention, renewals, contract administration, and securing contracts into the internal systems. The company is looking for candidates who are highly organised and self-motivated, ready to make the most of this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately logging, quoting, and accepting high volumes of electricity and gas contracts within the commercial sector
  • Supporting pricing, contract retention, and renewals activity
  • Handling contract administration and securing contracts into internal systems
  • Delivering a flexible, high-quality service to internal and external customers
  • Completing ad hoc pieces of work related to the role
  • Working within stringent compliance parameters and meeting agreed targets

What We're Looking For

  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with a passion for accuracy
  • Excellent rapport-building and communication skills, comfortable working with people at all levels
  • Strong team work ethic, with the ability to work independently and manage own workload
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Utility sector experience desirable but not essential — training provided
