At Clear Business, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Advisor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our sales channels and partner network, ensuring colleagues and partners have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to succeed.

What We Want You To Do
As a Sales Support Advisor, you'll be the central point of contact for sales support queries across our internal sales teams and partner network. You'll help ensure processes run smoothly, provide guidance on compliance and operational procedures, and support initiatives that improve performance and customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting sales colleagues and partners with queries relating to pricing, processes, compliance, and contract execution.
- Acting as a key contact for partner administration and sales support requests.
- Reviewing reports and account information to ensure actions are completed and opportunities are progressed correctly.
- Investigating recurring issues and working with stakeholders to identify root causes and drive improvements.
- Supporting governance meetings and partner reviews through the preparation of reports, action trackers, and performance insights.
- Analysing performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Building strong working relationships across the business and with external partners.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency, partner performance, and customer outcomes.

What you need to have already done to be right for this role
We're looking for someone who can bring experience, enthusiasm, and a customer-first approach.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a high-volume B2B sales, sales support, or customer service environment.
- Experience managing customer accounts and supporting issue resolution.
- Experience supporting sales channels with multiple products, pricing structures, or contract types.
- An understanding of regulatory requirements that impact sales processes and customer interactions.
- Experience working with reports, data analysis, and performance information.
Skills
- An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Commercially aware and able to understand the impact operational performance has on business results.
- Naturally curious with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Someone who takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion.
- Team player who enjoys building relationships across multiple teams and stakeholders.
