Salary: £24,879.83 + up to £550 per month bonus (subject to performance)

We're looking for a Sales Support Advisor to join our Conveyancing Sales team in our contemporary Southport office. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the UK's leading property services groups, supporting customers at the beginning of their home-moving journey and helping our sales teams deliver an outstanding experience.

Working in a vibrant and collaborative office environment, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales process, assisting customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring information flows smoothly between teams.

Whether you already have experience in sales support, administration, customer service, or a telephone-based environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales Support Advisor, you'll:

  • Support our sales team by handling incoming customer enquiries and providing information about our conveyancing services.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer records across internal systems.
  • Liaise with colleagues across sales and conveyancing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Assist customers with routine queries and direct more complex matters to the appropriate specialists.
  • Communicate key information clearly and accurately between departments.
  • Maintain organised and compliant customer records.
  • Contribute towards team performance targets and service objectives.
  • Support wider business activities as required by the Sales Team Leader.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, administration, contact centre, or office-based role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude.
  • Confidence using computer systems and learning new technologies.
  • A genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences.

Desirable

  • Experience within the property, conveyancing, legal, financial services, or estate agency sectors.
  • Knowledge of the home-moving process.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
