Sales Support Advisor - Stevenage

The Everywhen Stevenage branch specialises in all areas of the medical sector. We pride ourselves on walking in our customers' shoes to truly understand their needs and deliver insurance solutions tailored to their unique requirements.

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and personable Sales Support Advisor to join our team. This is a key role within the business, helping us achieve our growth targets while delivering excellent outcomes for customers.

You'll be responsible for generating leads for our sales team and engaging with prospective customers to help grow our portfolio within the medical sector. You'll ensure potential customers receive a first-class experience at every stage of their journey with Everywhen.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating and qualifying leads for the sales team
  • Contacting prospective customers and identifying new business opportunities
  • Delivering excellent customer service at every point of contact
  • Consistently achieving monthly quote targets
  • Maximising opportunities from allocated data
  • Supporting the continued growth of our specialist medical insurance portfolio

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • An ambitious, personable and proactive approach
  • A self-motivated and driven attitude
  • An understanding of insurance and/or the regulatory environment would be advantageous, but is not essential
